How we rank
FitStack AI ranks real fitness and health apps by one job at a time. A rank is our read of how directly the product does that job. It is not a lab test, a medical recommendation, or a measure of who paid.
What a rank means
Each use-case page is ordered best first. Rank 1 is the tool we would open first for that job. The same app can sit high for one job and low for another. The line under the name is the reason.
How a tool gets listed
We list products you can get now that use software to plan, coach, log, or interpret training, food, sleep, or recovery. A date on a listing is the day we added it here, not the day the company launched. New this week is the last seven days of those additions.
What we check
Prices and platform notes come from the company's site or its own app-store listing. The last pass was Oct 17, 2026. If a price was not published where we could read it, the listing says so. We do not fill in a number. We do not review clinical outcomes, and this is not medical advice.
Sponsorship stays out of the order
A company can buy the labeled slot at the top of one use-case page. It is $49 a month, and it can be canceled anytime. The row is marked Sponsored and it does not change the ranks underneath. The slot stays empty until someone buys it. Paying for attention is not paying for first place.
