Ryze
Added Oct 21, 2026
Ryze is an iPhone app that logs a meal from a photo or a sentence and books workouts into the week from the same conversation. The site says there is no free tier, no ads, and no Android app yet. The US App Store description also describes a Winter Arc: 90 days with two meals and the water goal logged, last start December 21, with the next year on the company if you finish.
- Price
- Paid. The English site lists $2.99 a week, $8.99 a month, or $59.99 a year. The 3-day trial is only on the yearly plan. Weekly and monthly are charged immediately. The US App Store in-app list shows those three prices and also a yearly purchase at $47.99 labeled 20% off. Photo scans are capped at 10 a day on the subscription. Prices are US figures and can differ in the store.

Where it fits
- AI personal coaching · rank 11
The coach writes the log and the week, on the company's own description. It is a new iPhone subscription, not a race plan.
- Workout planning · rank 15
You can ask for the week's sessions in a sentence. It is iPhone only, and it is not the lifting planner Fitbod is.
- Calorie and macro tracking · rank 17
A photo and sentence logger whose coach also moves the week's calories. You pay from the start. SnapCalorie is the free photo log.
Pros
- One subscription is the whole app: coach, planner, workouts, and the photo scan.
- The week, month, and year are on the site, and the App Store list matches them.
- The site says the workout, including the rest timer, runs offline.
Cons
- Nothing is free after the yearly plan's 3 days. Weekly and monthly have no trial.
- iPhone only. The site says Android is not out.
- The $47.99 yearly price is on the App Store list without saying who gets it.
